Long Non-Latex Resistance Bands Set for Therapy, Yoga & Home Workouts
Review
This pack contains three long elastic exercise bands in three resistance levels — labeled light, medium and extra-heavy — together with a simple illustrated workout card showing a dozen useful movements. A 12-month satisfaction warranty and customer support are included as part of the set.
The bands are made from an upgraded rubber compound that’s non-sticky, eco-friendly and free of latex. The material is intended to be non-toxic and suitable for people who need a latex-free option, while providing a smooth, comfortable feel against the skin.
Each band measures five feet in length and six inches in width. That extended length makes them easy to loop, secure, knot or wrap around hands and limbs for added grip and varying tension. They’re lightweight and foldable for easy transport, so they work well in clinics, home gyms, studios and when traveling.
Use the bands as an alternative or complement to traditional weight training: they offer both concentric and eccentric resistance, can be doubled for greater load, or tied into loops for banded exercises. The vibrant color-coding helps you progress through resistance levels as your strength improves.
Practical for physical therapy, Pilates, yoga, mobility work and general conditioning, these bands are designed for everyday use. The included exercise guide gives a dozen starting movements to help users get begun safely and consistently.

Does the job
Exactly what I needed. My local supply runs out quickly, so having these on hand has been handy and they perform as expected.

Wide design prevents slipping
The width helps keep them from sliding during use. I’ve used the medium and heavy bands for shoulders and arms; you can loop them over a door or car and do sets of controlled reps.

Convenient and portable
I like that each color represents a different resistance. They fold small enough to toss in a bag or pocket so I can do short workouts anywhere — trains, waiting rooms, you name it.

Durable and well used
I use these regularly alongside other bands and they’ve held up well. The three different resistances are useful and they feel sturdy. My partner likes them too; would buy again.

Good length and quality
Perfect for chair yoga and longer holds. I haven’t needed the heaviest band yet, but the length makes gripping easy. I’ll be relying on them after my knee replacement.

Solid choice for rehab work
I bought these for therapy exercises and they’ve been reliable. The bands feel smooth and comfortable on the skin, and the resistance is consistent for rehab movements. Not flashy, just effective for what I needed.

Good quality, one small downside
All three bands look well made, but I expected an even higher-resistance option in the set. Still, the included bands are good quality.
