Review
This pack contains four 5-inch swivel casters with plate mounts, ready to fit workbenches, tool carts, cabinets, shelving units and furniture. Each caster includes the wheel assembly and mounting plate hardware for straightforward installation.
The cores are housed in stamped steel frames for strength, and each wheel is covered with a black polyurethane tread designed to resist wear while protecting indoor floor surfaces from scuffs. The overall diameter is five inches, providing good clearance and load support for medium to heavy applications.
A dual locking brake system is fitted on each caster, which immobilizes the wheel and also prevents the swivel action when engaged. This gives you dependable stability when the item needs to stay put and positive control while rolling.
Swivel bearings provide smooth 360-degree rotation so carts and benches can turn easily in tight spaces. The combination of sealed bearings and the PU tread reduces noise during movement, making them suitable for garages, workshops and home use.

Good value and solid performance
Looks nice and fine for my project where each wheel will carry about 75 lbs. Came with bolts and nuts that seem strong enough for heavy duty use.
