288-Piece Self-Tapping Wood & Sheet Metal Screw Assortment Kit
Review
Contents: This assortment contains 288 screws in total. The pack is divided between round-head and flat-head varieties (147 round head, 141 flat head) across #4, #6, #8 and #10 gauges and multiple lengths including 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2" and 2" so you can pick the right length for many jobs.
Material and build: All fasteners are made from carbon steel for reliable strength and reasonable corrosion resistance. They are self-tapping wood and sheet-metal style screws designed to cut threads and hold securely in wood, composite, thin metal and some plastics without pre-tapping.
Storage: The 288 pieces come pre-sorted into a sturdy plastic organizer with individual compartments, making it easy to find the size and head style you need. The box closes securely and doubles as storage for ongoing use.
Uses: Suitable for assembling or repairing furniture, mounting or repairing ceiling and drywall elements, fastening composite and wooden boards, light sheet metal tasks, small plastic fittings and a range of DIY crafts and maintenance jobs around the home and workshop.
Notes: The set is packaged neatly and ready to store. If you encounter any problems or have questions about sizes or use, contact the seller for assistance and support.
Pros
- Wide range of sizes and head types
- Comes in a durable, compartmented storage box
- Carbon-steel construction for strength and rust resistance
Cons
- Head types mixed together in some sizes
- Not stainless steel—may patina outdoors over time
- Some heads can be prone to stripping if over-torqued
VerdictWell-rounded collection for home and hobby use: plenty of sizes and head types for small repairs and craft projects, stored in a tough organizer. The screws are carbon steel with corrosion resistance and perform reliably for most indoor tasks. Good value if you want a single, ready supply instead of buying many small packs.

Good selection but a storage suggestion
Useful variety, though identical sizes with different heads should be stored separately. Some screws can strip more easily if over-tightened.

Handy supply for small craft work
Nice to have a bunch of tiny screws for craft projects and other small jobs where local stores don't carry every size.

Perfect when you need an unknown size on hand
I needed a screw for an IKEA door and kept missing the right size buying singles. This kit had the exact one I needed. The screws feel solid and should last for interior use. Happy I bought the set instead of hunting down individual packs.

Good value, performs well so far
For the price this collection is a solid buy. I've used multiple sizes without any stripping issues; threads look consistent. Material quality outdoors is yet to be seen, but overall I recommend it for small jobs and repairs.
