Great look but washer size issue
Family favorite — we’ve had it for months and it looks great with kids around. It’s labeled washable, but it won’t fit our household washer. After a party spill I hung it and power-washed it outside with good results. Plush and soft but fairly thin; I used a felt pad underneath.

Very soft, small size is handy
The softest rug I’ve owned. I bought a smaller 3'9" x 6' size so it’s easy to pick up and shake out. I haven’t vacuumed it often and haven’t washed it yet — I’d avoid tumble drying to keep the pile intact. It’s held up well for over a year and is a kid favorite.

Think twice if you expect easy returns
The rug itself is fine — nothing extraordinary but perfectly adequate. My bigger issue was returning unused extras; customer service made the process difficult and they charged a restocking fee for unopened items. The service experience soured my impression.
