The sheets are a matte sticker paper with a writable top layer — you can write on them with pencil, ballpoint, permanent marker, colored pens, or whiteboard markers for quick notes or hand-addressing.

Worked reliably with my printer
No instructions in the box, but using the Avery 18160 template solved it. Printed fine on my older HP DeskJet with no smudges or jams. Labels stuck well to my Christmas card envelopes.

Alignment issues are frustrating
Paper quality is good, but alignment was a real headache. Tried multiple times and still couldn't get perfect registration — very annoying.

Used a labels add-on to match the 5160 template, inserted an image and resized easily. Had to remove a dotted guideline manually afterward.
