Mini Fish-Shaped 9-Cup Nonstick Baking Pan (Taiyaki Style)
Review
This product is a single mini fish-shaped baking pan with nine cavities, designed for producing small, decorative pastries and confections.
Constructed from high-quality carbon steel and finished with a food-safe, non-teflon surface, the pan is manufactured without PTFE, PFOA or BPA, and is formulated to avoid releasing harmful substances at high temperatures.
A scratch-resistant nonstick coating helps most goods pop out cleanly and simplifies washing. The coating is intended to reduce sticking, though light oil or spray can be used with very sticky batters.
Overall dimensions measure 26 cm × 26 cm × 2 cm, while each fish cavity is approximately 6 cm × 5 cm × 2 cm, suitable for single-serve morsels and small decorative pieces.
The mold is styled for mini taiyaki—fill with red bean paste, chocolate, custard, nutella, peanut butter, cheese, fruit preserves or other fillings to make stuffed fish-shaped treats. It also works well for madeleines, chocolates, cornbread bites, ice shapes, fondant toppers and pet treats.
Reinforced rolled rim edges add strength, help prevent warping, and promote even heat distribution across the pan. Safe temperature range is approximately -40°C to 220°C (-40°F to 430°F), making it suitable for oven and freezer use. A useful tool for birthdays, holidays, showers and everyday baking projects.

Shape isn't perfect
Doesn't always yield crisp fish outlines, but it functions adequately as a baking tray.

Adorable and mostly nonstick
Love the cute shape. Still testing recipes—pancakes and muffin mixes puff up; cookies become dense. Works nicely as a chocolate mold.

Solid build
Haven't baked with it yet. Planning to use it for a themed dessert at our seafood holiday meal.

Nonstick but use spray
Coating helps, but I still spray oil first so things slide out easier—handy as a backup option.

Very pleased so far. Releases well; I made fish biscuits and it fits in my air fryer. Brings a bit of fun to baking.

Most adorable pan ever!
Madeleines came out beautifully with clear details. I piped chocolate into the grooves for accents—would buy more patterns.

Charming taiyaki mold
So cute. Excited to make dulce-de-leche filled fishies. I'd order another one.
