My original kit arrived with a cracked box, but the seller sent a replacement without hassle. The tips themselves are excellent; note that they’re best suited to cupcakes, cookies and fine details rather than very large cake piping. Small brush recommended for cleaning.

Great range and storage, with a few small quirks
Nice selection for the price and the case fits neatly in my cabinet. The tips are on the shorter side compared with other Ateco pieces I own, but they perform well. They can move around in the pegs and dried royal icing can be tough to clean, so use a brush if needed.

Perfect for expanding your decorating options
You don’t need this for a basic birthday cake, but if you want to experiment and learn many techniques, it’s ideal. I switched from a different brand and found a few useful nozzles missing from that set but included here. The case isn’t premium, but the selection won me over.
