Nordic Ware Anniversary Bundt Pan — 15-Cup Cast Aluminum
Review
What’s included: one 15-cup Anniversary Bundt pan and a recipe suggestion for tube cakes.
Construction and finish: The pan is formed from heavy cast aluminum, chosen for its superior heat conductivity that helps produce even browning and well-developed crusts. The interior is coated in a premium silicone nonstick finish that is formulated without PFAS and PTFE to give smooth release and simpler cleanup.
Design details: The mold features alternating vertical flutings — a pattern of sharp, narrow ridges interspersed with broader, rounded channels — so finished cakes have pronounced decorative edges. Exterior diameter measures 10.8 inches; the pan height is 4.5 inches. From handle to handle the pan spans 12 inches. Capacity is rated at 15 cups, sufficient for large gatherings.
Performance and care: Cast aluminum construction promotes steady, uniform baking across the cake, while the nonstick surface helps unmold cakes, breads, frozen desserts and gelatin creations with their fluted detail intact. The pan is designed to resist rust and warping and is produced in the United States using domestic and imported materials. Handwashing is recommended to preserve the nonstick coating and appearance.
Pros
- Crisp decorative fluting with even heat distribution
- PFAS/PTFE-free silicone nonstick for easy release
- Sturdy cast-aluminum build with side handles
Cons
- Large capacity may be too big for small households
- Nonstick coating requires careful cleaning to avoid scratches
- Heavier than thin sheet pans, needs secure handling
VerdictThis Anniversary Bundt pan pairs heirloom-grade cast aluminum with a modern, PFAS/PTFE-free silicone nonstick finish. It bakes evenly, preserves fine mold detail, and releases cakes with minimal effort — aided by practical side handles. The pan resists warping and should last for many years with gentle care. Great for large celebratory cakes, dense loaves, frozen desserts, and molded salads.

Use a spray first
It does exactly what it should — just spritz with a nonstick spray before baking and it works flawlessly. Very pleased.

Produces lovely cakes
Cakes from small 10-cup recipes up to the full 15-cup capacity come out beautifully. I still oil and flour it, but nothing has stuck so far.

Effortless unmolding
This pan really lets cakes slip out — I flipped it after about five minutes and it dropped cleanly onto the plate. The handles make moving it safe with mitts. It feels well-built without being overly heavy. My glaze is still sinking in, but the unmolding was flawless. Highly recommended.

A sound investment
Good nonstick surface and high-quality construction. Be careful not to scratch the coating so it lasts. It's quite large, ideal for big cakes — a pan for a lifetime.

(Almost) ideal bundt pan
UPDATE: I later tried a heavier aluminized-steel pan with a thicker nonstick finish and liked it even more. That said, this pan performed very well: even browning, moist results even when left in the oven a bit long, and consistent baking overall.
