Giant Wooden Connect 4 Yard Game — Jumbo Outdoor Set
Review
Jumbo outdoor gameplay: This oversized wooden Connect 4 is designed to be a centerpiece at backyard parties, tailgates and autumn get-togethers. Larger than tabletop versions, it’s meant to be seen and enjoyed by everyone at an event.
What’s included: The set ships complete with one wooden game board and forty-two playing pieces, plus a portable carry bag for storage and transport. Everything you need for two-player matches is in the box.
Materials and build: Constructed from solid wood, the frame and components are made to withstand repeated outdoor use. The discs are sizeable and easy to handle, and the wooden frame offers a weightier, more substantial feel than lightweight plastic alternatives.
Setup and use: Assembly and takedown are straightforward so play can begin quickly at tailgates, parks, campsites or backyard gatherings. Designed for two players, the game is suitable for children and adults and encourages strategic thinking and friendly competition.
Portability and storage: The included carrying bag makes it simple to move the game from place to place and store it between seasons. While built for outdoor fun, it’s best stored dry when not in use to preserve the finish and longevity.

Smaller than expected
Much smaller than I imagined. Not what I expected; wish I'd chosen a different version.

Fragile but enjoyable
Feels a bit delicate in spots, yet otherwise it's a really fun set.

Arrived damaged
One leg broke when unpacking and paint had chips even though it was new. We still used it propped up but were disappointed given the expected quality.

Bigger size improves the fun
The oversized format makes it easy for everyone to follow a match. Wood is substantial and the pucks are thick; the bag helps transport it. Some paint is missing at glued joints, which is disappointing.

Mostly great with fit issues
A blast to play—assembly is easy and the carry bag is handy. The bottom bar fits tight and screws loosen with play, causing some frustration, but overall very fun.
