Tournament-Grade Table Tennis Racket — Lightweight Carbon Paddle
Review
Built for competitive play, this table tennis racket uses a 7-ply blade made from five layers of premium wood combined with two high-density carbon fiber layers. The carbon sheets reduce vibration on impact and help create a larger sweet spot, giving a quicker, more accurate response on angled and fast shots.
The playing surface features ITTF-approved rubber bonded to a 2.0mm professional racing sports sponge. That combination is tuned to deliver a mix of spin generation and controlled rebound, suitable for offensive and all-around styles. The rubbers are designed to be grippy for spin while maintaining stability when driving the ball.
The paddle’s core materials include Ayous, birch and paulownia woods paired with dense carbon fiber for strength and reduced weight. The construction balances stiffness and touch so you can accelerate shots without sacrificing placement.
An ergonomic flared handle is shaped for a comfortable hold and to reduce hand fatigue during long practice sessions or match play. The racket is intended for players from beginners progressing to advanced amateurs seeking a reliable, competition-oriented blade.
The set ships with a protective carry bag for storage and transport to keep the racket in good condition. Customer support covers a 30-day refund or exchange window and a one-year replacement for manufacturing defects to ensure peace of mind.
Pros
- Lightweight carbon-reinforced 7-ply blade
- 2.0mm professional sponge with ITTF-approved rubber
- Ergonomic flared handle and included carry bag
Cons
- Handle may feel shorter than some competitors
- Thicker sponge can require more power for fast drives
- Edge of wooden blade may feel sharp after long play
VerdictThis carbon-reinforced table tennis racket is aimed at players who want tournament-capable performance without excess weight. The 7-layer construction (five wood plies plus two carbon layers), 2.0mm professional sponge, and ITTF-approved tacky rubbers provide a blend of speed, spin and feel. The flared handle improves grip comfort for extended sessions and the reduced resonance from carbon fibers

Surprisingly fast with good control
Compared to my older Butterfly, this carbon paddle gives noticeably more speed, spin and control while feeling lighter. It suits my slightly above-average play and comes with a handy case.

Solid racket but handle and rubbers take getting used to
Very capable paddle. The handle is a touch shorter for shakehand players, and the two rubbers differ in tackiness — one side feels almost anti-spin, which helps returns but makes forehand/backhand feel uneven until you adapt.

Less pop than expected but enjoyable
Lightweight and fun to play with, though the thicker rubber lacks a lively bounce so drives need more power. The wooden edge can feel a bit sharp after long sessions; the pouch is handy for carrying balls.
