Not the size I expected
Good appliance for someone wanting a 1.5-cup capacity, but I ordered the 3-cup model and returned it because it wasn’t what I needed.

Sturdy, cute, and reliable
After replacing a couple of older cookers I finally tried this BLACK+DECKER. I’ve used it for a month and it’s been great—solid build and cooks rice and other grains consistently. I do wish the inner pot were a little deeper so I could steam veggies while cooking rice, but otherwise it’s adorable and performs very well.

Simple and effective

Received unit overheated
The unit I got became extremely hot in use and I felt unsafe continuing. Customer help asked for lots of details but then redirected me and the issue wasn’t resolved, which was frustrating. I ultimately disposed of it.
