120-Pack Fragrance-Free Color-Absorbing Laundry Sheets — Dye Trapper
Review
WHAT'S INCLUDED: A box of 120 single-use color-absorbing sheets. Each piece is intended for one wash cycle and designed to fit easily into standard household or apartment washers.
MATERIAL & CONSTRUCTION: The sheets are made from a durable, paper-like textile with a high-density diamond mesh surface that increases contact area to better capture loose dye particles. They’re built to survive a normal wash without shredding or falling apart.
HOW TO USE: Toss one sheet into the drum with your detergent and laundry, run any regular wash cycle, then remove and dispose of the sheet after the cycle finishes. For heavier loads or brand-new garments likely to bleed, add an extra sheet to boost protection.
COMPATIBILITY: Safe for all washing machines, all water temperatures, and suitable for washable fabrics that aren’t colorfast. They are fragrance-free and formulated without harsh chemicals, making them gentle enough for sensitive skin and allergy-prone users.
PERFORMANCE: The textured, high-density pattern speeds dye capture to keep colors from migrating between items. The sheets act as a sacrificial barrier, absorbing loose dyes so they do not redeposit on other clothes.

VerdictThese dye-absorbing laundry sheets come in a 120-count pack and reliably capture stray dye in mixed loads, helping preserve bright and light garments. The sheets are sturdy enough to hold together through a normal wash, use a single sheet for most loads and an extra for heavy or new items that may bleed. Fragrance- and chemical-free, they’re suitable for sensitive skin and work across all washer t

Small but effective squares
Plenty of little sheets. They’re compact but high quality and do a good job catching dye.

Saved my old scarves
They worked well on vintage scarves where I expected bleeding. One sheet caught the run-off color and protected the rest of the load. Very grateful.

A laundry essential for me
These are amazing and a staple in my laundry routine. They haven’t let me down and I always include at least one in mixed loads.

Consistent performer every wash
I throw one in with almost every load, even when nothing should bleed. There’s always some dye caught on the sheet, which prevents it from settling back onto clothes. Great for mixed loads and keeps darks from staining lights.

Size slightly smaller than expected
A bit smaller than a leading brand by about an inch, so I used two sheets instead of one for larger loads. Still worked as intended.

Excellent at pulling residual dye
I never knew these existed until an online tip. They grabbed tons of blue from new turquoise shirts after multiple washes—sheets came out very dark. I often reuse partial sheets if they’re not too stained.

Noticeably better than other brands
These pulled more color than two other brands I tested side-by-side. In mixed-color loads they caught stray dye that used to cause occasional staining. I usually use one per load; for very large or new items I add an extra.

Should've found these earlier
They really do work. Wish I’d used them years ago—one of my best laundry finds this year.

Worst product I ever seen 1/5
Did not work for my needs
Didn’t stop color transfer in my particular wash—didn’t see any benefit.
