The rack arrived with a paper template and all the screws and anchors I needed. The instructions were easy to follow — I spent more time deciding where to place it than actually putting it up. I mounted it above my washer under a shelf and the fold-down arms glide smoothly; the rods drop into the brackets and hold firmly. It feels solid with sweaters and delicates, though I avoid hanging dripping items because of my placement. Measure the roughly 32-inch span to ensure a good fit.
