100 Gallon PVC Water Bladder Tank — 2000D Portable Reservoir
Review
Construction and materials: This bladder is built from a three-layer 2000D PVC laminate with a reinforced mesh core and double-sided PVC surfaces. The sheet is about 1/20 inch (≈1.3 mm) thick. High-frequency welded seams add structural integrity and resistance to leaks, punctures and tears, and the fabric is formulated to withstand UV exposure. The rated operating temperature range spans approximately -122°F to 175°F (-50°C to 79°C), allowing long-term outdoor storage and transport in many climates.
Capacity and sizing: The tank holds 100 gallons (approximately 400 liters). When expanded its footprint is roughly 39.4 × 31.5 × 19.7 inches (100 × 80 × 50 cm). The net weight is about 7 lbs (3.2 kg). The bag collapses flat for compact storage when not in use. It features a standard 1 inch (32 mm OD / 25 mm ID) inlet and a 3/4 inch (25 mm OD / 20 mm ID) outlet spigot, and includes a rigid 32 mm connector so most users won’t need extra adapters.
Included fittings and setup: Supplied accessories include an upgraded direct connection port, threaded fitting, garden hose adapter and a quick-connect fitting. All pieces are designed to match common hose sizes for tool-free assembly; most users can connect and start using the bladder within seconds.
Where to use it: Suited for non-potable water storage, rainwater harvesting and garden irrigation. Common uses include RV travel, camping, truck bed transport, farm chores, drought relief, firefighting support, and emergency preparedness. It’s also useful on construction sites and in locations lacking permanent water tanks.
Care and safety tips: Do not fill the bladder with alcohol or aggressive chemicals, which can damage the liner. Move the bag by the pull tab only when empty; do not attempt to lift a full bladder. After each use fold and store it in a dry, shaded place to extend service life. Custom sizing options are available; contact customer service for special requests.

VerdictA robust flexible tank for storing and moving large volumes of non-potable water. The thick 2000D PVC and welded seams deliver strong puncture, tear and UV resistance, and the bag packs down for compact storage. Reliable for Ranch Use
Sturdy and light to move when empty. I keep several around buildings as a fire buffer and use them to haul water for livestock; holding up well after months.

Plastic Odor, Hose Issue
Holds water but gives off a plastic smell. I couldn't secure a hose without some leaking.
