OTAGO 24-Piece Stoneware Dinnerware Set — Service for Six
Review
What’s included: four place settings for six people — 6 x 10.5" dinner plates, 6 x 8" salad plates, 6 x 6" cereal bowls and 6 x 8" serving/large bowls.
Materials and finish: made from premium stoneware and sealed with a reactive glaze that produces subtle color and texture variations on every item. The pieces are manufactured without lead or cadmium and display a matte, artisanal surface with a ribbed exterior detail.
Construction and durability: kiln-fired at high temperatures to achieve density and thickness that reduce vulnerability to chips and daily wear. The heavier stoneware gives a solid, substantial feel at the table and is intended to be long-lasting under normal household use.
Care and use: all plates and bowls in the set are safe for microwave reheating and can be cleaned in a dishwasher. The finish preserves the aesthetic while allowing routine convenience for serving, heating, and washing.
Support and assurance: the set comes with after-sale support for damaged, defective, or incomplete shipments. Contact customer service if items arrive compromised and they will assist with a resolution.

Arrived damaged and disappointing
Several items were cracked, chipped, or missing paint despite attractive styling. The set is too bulky for me to repack and return easily, so I’m keeping the usable pieces but frustrated that part of the shipment was faulty.

Solid, well-crafted dinnerware
Lovely texture and thoughtful design. Pieces are substantial without being clumsy. No visible defects and they stood up to knives and forks during a hearty meal. I appreciate the quality for a full 24-piece set.

Sleek black bowls, great for dressy meals
The plates and bowls are robust for daily use, stack neatly, and clean easily in the dishwasher. The black finish looks refined and the range of sizes fits most meals. Long-term durability still to be seen, but style and practicality are excellent.

Wrong color sent but otherwise well made
I ordered white but got yellow, so my place settings don’t match. The dishes are nicely made and heavy. They show some scratches after cutting on the plate, so I’ll be more careful — overall I like the look and function.

Beautiful hue and sturdy construction
The matte reactive yellow is striking and the ribbed edge adds character without being overdone. The stoneware is thicker and heavier than typical sets, giving a premium feel; sizes are practical for everyday family use.

Attractive, good-quality stoneware
I expected yellow but received the grayed white — which I actually prefer. The matte finish and ribbed detail look rustic and well made. One small bowl shows a sealed hairline at the rim that seems from the kiln; otherwise very nice and dishwasher/microwave safe.

Ribbed pieces with a restaurant-worthy look
A grown-up set that elevated our table. The "yellow" reads as a warm sand tone and pairs well with many settings. The ribbed sides give a handcrafted feel and the weight of each piece confirms the solid construction.
