Adjustable Wrist Weights with Thumb Hole — Pair (1 lb Each)
Review
What’s included: a pair of wrist weights sold together, each weight designed to add light resistance during workouts. They arrive as wrap-style cuffs with integrated thumb holes and a Velcro fastening system.
Materials and construction: the cuffs use a soft, smooth outer fabric with internal fill for even weight distribution. The inner surface is cushioned for comfort and the Velcro strap allows firm closure so the units stay secure during motion.
Weight and sizing: these are one-size adjustable wraps meant to fit most wrists and forearms; each piece is 1 lb, making the pair 2 lb total. The wrap format means you don’t need multiple size options — tighten or loosen the strap to get the fit you want.
How to use: slip your thumb through the loop, wrap the cuff around your wrist or lower forearm and fasten the Velcro. The thumb hole helps keep the weight from sliding during repetitive movements, so you can focus on running, aerobics, boxing drills, cycling or strength-building routines.
Portability: compact and lightweight, the pair tucks easily into a gym bag and can be put on quickly whenever you’re ready to train.
Versatility: suitable for cardio workouts, walking, barre or yoga flows that need extra resistance, and for people wanting a modest increase in arm load without carrying dumbbells.
Pros
- Thumb loop keeps cuffs from sliding
- Adjustable one-size wrap fits most wrists
- Soft, cushioned fabric for comfortable wear
Cons
- May feel bulky under a wristwatch

VerdictThese wrap-style wrist weights add light resistance to your cardio and arm routines while staying put thanks to a thumb hole and strong Velcro closure. They’re comfortable for walking, running, boxing and many exercise classes. If you want a subtle strength boost during aerobics or daily movement, this pair delivers convenience and a firm fit in a compact package.

Solid product, minor weight discrepancy
They perform well for light resistance. I docked a star because the weight wasn’t exactly as labeled, but there’s no leakage and I also use them on my ankles.

Uncomfortable fit for me
I tried these to increase my walking intensity but the thumb hole isn’t placed well for my hand. I experimented with different positions and couldn’t get a comfortable fit, so I won’t keep them.

Perfect for weighted stretching
I use these during stretches and lighter weight workouts to add a few pounds without extra dumbbells. They stay in place, aren’t itchy and air out well after sweating.

Great for VR boxing and beyond
They don’t move when I’m active. I use them for boxing while wearing a VR headset and they’re comfortable throughout sessions.

Works well but a touch bulky
Material is smooth and comfy, and the weight is great for cardio without straining shoulders. Thumb loops help keep them in place. Downsides: they can rub against a fitness tracker and the Velcro edge can catch clothing; they also retain some heat. I kept them despite these issues.

A walker’s must-have
When I walk aerobically, regular arm weights slide. These stay put and let me move freely. The material is soft and the Velcro holds without rubbing. Durable so far; I’d recommend them.

Helps with thumb arthritis
I have thumb arthritis and find traditional dumbbells hard to grip. These secure with the thumb loop so they don’t shift and don’t press painfully on my thumbs. They’re a bit bulky but overall highly recommended.

Comfortable and practical for Barre
Bought these for a Barre class that needs light weights. The fabric is soft and they’re comfortable to wear. They’re slightly loose on my small wrists but the Velcro can be tightened. The thumb loop prevents sliding and they came with a small zip pouch for storage. I’d buy a heavier pair if I need more resistance.
