Adjustable Grip Strength Trainers with Mechanical Counter — 2-Pack (Grey)
Review
Includes two adjustable hand grippers with integrated mechanical counters and reset dials. Each unit features a high-strength stainless steel spring to provide consistent resistance across the adjustable range.
Ergonomic, contoured handles are wrapped in anti-slip silicone to reduce slippage and help prevent blisters or hand strain during extended use. The shape is designed to accommodate most palm sizes for comfortable repetition.
Resistance adjusts from roughly 11 to 220 pounds by twisting the tension collar, letting beginners start light for rehabilitation and seasoned users increase load for progressive strengthening. Use them one at a time or alternate hands for balanced development.
A built-in, battery-free mechanical counter registers from 0 to 100 reps and can be reset quickly with the bottom dial, making it easy to monitor sets and daily targets without electronics.
Compact and portable, these trainers are intended for a variety of activities—strengthening for climbing, racket sports, playing instruments, post-injury recovery, or general hand conditioning.

Excellent adjustable trainers
Very adjustable and the counter is handy. It forces a full squeeze to register, so you can’t cheat—love that.

Finger openings small
They function okay but the finger holes are tighter than I expected.

Concerned about heavy-load durability
So far fine, but when I increased toward ~200 lbs the housing showed noticeable bending with each rep—might not hold up long at max tension.
