9-Inch Pilates & Yoga Stability Ball — Small Core Exercise Ball
Review
Compact and versatile: This 9-inch exercise ball is designed as a small stability and Pilates accessory for core strengthening, gentle stretching, posture support and rehabilitation routines. It’s also commonly used in toning workouts and to ease back tension from prolonged sitting. Children can use it for light play as well.
Materials and design: The ball is crafted from flexible, low-odor PVC formulated to resist bursting and to remain elastic when inflated. Its slightly frosted, textured surface provides a mild grip so it won’t slip during controlled movements. The small diameter height makes it suitable for seated exercises, pelvic tilts, barre work and targeted core drills.
What’s included and inflation: A small inflation tube is provided so you can fill the ball quickly without a bulky pump; simply insert the plug when you reach the desired firmness. Because of its compact size, it’s easy to deflate and store or carry in a gym bag when traveling.
Care and warranty: The manufacturer offers a 30-day return window, a 12-month warranty and ongoing customer support. Avoid leaving the ball in prolonged contact with abrasive or unfinished wooden surfaces to prevent scuffs or damage.
Pros
- Compact, portable size for targeted core work
- Textured, non-slip PVC surface
- Includes tube for quick inflation
Cons
- Not impervious to sharp objects
- Smaller diameter may be too firm for some uses
- Basic inflation tool can be slow for some users
VerdictA dependable small exercise ball for core work, prenatal stretching, physical therapy and light fitness routines. Constructed from flexible, low-odor PVC with anti-burst performance and a frosted, slightly tacky surface to help it stay put during movement. It inflates quickly with the supplied tube and is small enough to tote for travel or tuck away at home. Good air retention and a supportive fee

Great for gentle pregnancy routines
Works well for my prenatal exercise at 31 weeks. I’m 5 ft and 162 lbs and it feels grippy and secure. The rubbery texture helps prevent slipping during moves.

Solid build and feels premium
This ball feels much sturdier than others I've tried. The material is dense, not floppy, and it arrived with a pump that made inflation straightforward. I also own a smaller size from the same line and like it.

High quality and outstanding support team
The ball itself performs wonderfully — good feel and reliable air retention. Even more impressive was the customer service when I made an inquiry; they were prompt, helpful and went beyond expectations. Now the whole family uses it daily.

Good product, pump could be better
Met our needs for my wife’s PT sessions and feels well made. The only downside was that the included pump was slow; an electric unit worked faster for us.

Leaky out of the box
Air escapes shortly after inflating — found small holes in mine.

Comfortable and helpful in third trimester
I’m 5'7" and chose the large size, which suited me well. I used it a lot late in pregnancy — it didn’t induce labor, but it did help with mobility, hip stretches and easing lower-back aches. Setup was simple with the pump and the ball felt steady and supportive.

Ideal for prenatal stretches and more
Perfect for my pregnancy stretches and gentle exercises. My toddler adores bouncing on it too, so it doubles as kid-friendly fun. The size lets me sit comfortably for hip openers and pelvic tilts, and it has provided noticeable relief for lower back pressure. The material is thick and durable, inflates easily and has kept its shape through regular sessions. I topped it up a little after a couple months, but it’s been very versatile for light workouts and posture support.

Bought a second one — very handy
This is my second purchase after the first lasted over two years. We use it as a chair, for kettlebell workouts, and to relieve back pain. The newer pump made filling quick, and after an initial top-up a day later it settled in nicely.

Liked it
Good quality and exactly what I needed.

Nice pump and thoughtful design
Attractive logo and a very effective foot pump made inflation the easiest I’ve experienced. The ball seems built to a minimum heavy-duty thickness, but beware that sharp debris like glass will still puncture it; true puncture-proof construction would require much tougher materials that don’t flex the same way.

Reasonable value but a bit soft
Good overall value, although I found it slightly softer than some medical-grade balls I’ve used.
