Possible variation in hanger design
I think I received a version where hangers sit inside on loops, which causes sagging when hung flat. Other photos show hangers coming out the top, which might hang better.

Some bags arrived torn and with loose stitching. Several were clearly faulty out of the box. Low quality in my set.
