Bamboo-Cotton Muslin Baby Receiving Blankets — 6-Pack (70×70 cm)
Review
What you get: a pack of six muslin receiving blankets, each measuring 70 × 70 cm.
Fabric & feel: woven from a blend of 70% viscose made from bamboo and 30% cotton, the material prioritizes softness and a lightweight hand. The breathable weave helps airflow and reduces overheating while remaining gentle against newborn skin. The thin, silky finish tends to become even softer after repeated washes.
Versatile uses: these squares work as receiving blankets, cuddle wraps, burp cloths, nursing covers, stroller or car-seat sunshades, changing pad liners, quick clean-up cloths, picnic or tummy-time mats, and more. Their compact size and light weight make them especially handy for on-the-go parenting tasks.
Safety & standards: designed with baby comfort in mind, the fabric meets OEKO-TEX Standard 100 requirements and is manufactured with attention to responsible production practices developed alongside midwives and parents.
Care instructions: machine wash cold with mild detergent or wash by hand. Lay flat to dry or tumble on low heat. The fabric dries quickly and holds color and softness through repeated laundering, maintaining a gentle touch for sensitive skin.
Pros
- Very soft and breathable bamboo-cotton blend
- Multiuse: swaddle, burp cloth, shade, and more
- Quick to dry and gets softer with washes
Cons
- Relatively small at 70×70 cm for a swaddle
- Thin weave that may feel see-through to some
- Not ideal if you want a heavier, more substantial blanket
VerdictSoft, breathable and versatile, these muslin squares are a handy set for new parents who need lightweight, fast-drying cloths. They’re gentle on sensitive skin and get softer with washing, but note their compact 70×70 cm size and thin weave may not suit everyone who wants a full-size swaddle.

Perfect lightweight muslin
I prefer muslin swaddles and these are lightweight and soft. Good quality and very comfortable for baby.

Too sheer
Very cute design but the fabric is quite thin—you can almost see through it.

Exactly what I wanted
Light, soft fabric and a lovely pattern. Looking forward to using these with my baby girl.

Not a full swaddle
Cute appearance, but they’re not large enough to function as true swaddle blankets. Felt misleading.

Nice look but too small
Pretty patterns, but the squares are too small to swaddle my baby. I ended up returning them.

Soft, compact blankets
Soft fabric and easy to wash. They are on the smaller side, though.

Too small for wrapping
I don’t find these useful for wrapping a baby because of their very small size. Not worth it for that purpose.

Pretty and handy
Love how they look. I use them as burp cloths and my toddler plays with one at meals. They can swaddle briefly but feel a bit thin for full wraps.

Soft, breathable and useful
These blankets quickly became a daily essential—gentle on skin, breathable and useful as swaddles, covers, or burp cloths. They remain soft after washing and are lightweight enough for warmer weather.

Good fabric, small size
Material quality is fine, but they’re smaller than I expected and not sufficient for swaddling.

Soft and breathable, grows small after months
Very soft and airy so baby can breathe easily. Good for newborns but may feel small around four months.

Small — check dimensions
They’re small; check the size before buying. They cover a face area more than the whole body.

Lovely but a bit small
Beautiful, thin and soft cloths. I just wish each square were a touch larger.
